Doesn't summer feel wonderful after a long hard winter?! Have never been much of a "summer" person but have come to appreciate it after years of living through eastern winters.
Only in my imagination did I ride the rusty red bike from coast to coast. Long ago, it was a fantasy I had with a couple of friends to bike across the country. Talk is cheap...and takes less muscle.
Standing paddlers on guard for Canada Day: truly patriotically Canadian! I love the one with side floater clamped with Canadian Tire devices to the main double floaters: these rigs can get tipsy after a few Molson Canadian! God keep our land glorious and free! O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
Do you think maybe those Canadian Tire attachments might actually be beer kegs filled with Molson Canadian? Love your concept of the paddlers standing on guard for our land, glorious and free, west coast style.
Isn`t she a beaut?! Those with the know-how are gathering these oldies up and converting them into slick city cruisers with a minimum of gears. And charging exorbitant prices for them...though, really, I think they're pretty much worth it as I doubt I could get very far these days without at least 3 gears. Been years since on a bike, sadly.

Didn't you feel the ripple of the waves from the wind created from my waving?! It almost steered the plane off course!
