Waiting for Tartuffo

A waiter in Pizzo, Italy wondering where all the tourists are. We had to oblige him by sitting down for a dish of Tartuffo, chocolate/hazelnut gelato rolled in cocoa powder, with a gooey heart of dark chocolate syrup. There are as many gelato cafés in Pizzo as there are Tim Horton coffee shops in Moncton NB. And that's a lot!
